Community children who are in and/or have been in; foster care, adopted, Permanency Guardianship, Indian custodianship, or another out of home placement.
Ages 10-21 independent living
a) Basic life skills
b) Cultural gatherings
c) Native arts and crafts and ceremonies
d) Assist older youth in higher education needs

Assists with Children; in foster care, adopted, foster parents, or
involved with ICWA past or present
• Promoting Safe and Stable Families
• Ensure safety Permanency and well-being for children and their
families
